Inauguaral concert of the Frederick Harp Ensemble at the Catoctin Studio recital.
The Catoctin Studio student recital will take place on Sunday Dec. 13 at 3:00pm. Location - The Delaplaine Arts Center.
Student News
September 2009 - Catoctin Studio viola student Joseph DeMartini won second chair at the MCYO Young Artists auditions at Strathmore Hall. Joe attends Windsor Knolls Middle School and plays in the school orchestra. He received the same score as the principal violist and may have a chance to play principal later in the season.
September 2009 - Catoctin Studio violin student Kara Hirschman won the position of Concertmistress of the FRYO Symphonia Orchestra at the August 2009 auditions.
November 2009 - Catoctin Studio students Joseph DeMartini, Kara Hirschman, Alexis Mittereder, Joey Nicastro, Tiffany Hoffman, and Isabelle Updike all won seats in the FCPS All County Middle and High School Orchestras. Joseph DeMartini won principal viola in the Middle School orchestra.
